Refunds and Returns

Our products reflect our commitment to giving you the best quality and service at the best price. If you aren’t completely satisfied with any product(s) purchased within the last 14 days, simply return the unused portion to us for a refund. 

Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Please use our Contact Page and request a Return Authorization Form prior to sending any product. Products sent without prior authorization are subject to denial of claim and refund.  

Of items returned, only one of each type may be used. All other items of the same type must be unused and must be returned in original packaging. Returning multiple used items of the same type will result in denial of claim.

We can only accept returns with valid proof of purchase.

You must include a printed copy of the receipt as proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on items that are not purchased directly from our company.

Items purchased from a retail location must be returned to the original place of purchase to determine return eligibility. Items purchased from any business or distributor or consultant must be returned to that entity.

We cannot accept returns from any third party and only accept returns from purchases made directly from our corporate offices. Any third party or reseller is an independent contractor and returns must be made to those parties where purchases were made.

Once your return or exchange meets all the above requirements, please mail your items back to our warehouse.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Additionally, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Once your items reach our warehouse, and you have met the terms of this policy, you will be refunded, excluding the original delivery charge and restocking fees. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by the FDA approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
